OUR MANUFACTURING PLANTS
PLASTIC INJECTION MOLDING
Since 2011, our injection molding plant has been manufacturing splice closures, terminal boxes, and hardware utilizing state-of-the-art plastic injection machinery.
CABLE MANUFACTURING
A plant dedicated to the development and manufacturing of fiber optic cable. We feature 19 production lines capable of producing dry and gel-filled dielectric cables, dry and gel-filled armored cables, double-jacket armored cables, ADSS cables, inside plant (ISP) cables, and various types of FTTX cables.
SHEET METAL & PRECISION MECHANICS
This facility manufactures metal products for fiber optic management, including optical distribution frames (ODFs), drop cable connectors, modular panels, LGX splitters, and pole line hardware, among other related products. It also features full capabilities for custom-tailored product development.
OPTICAL ASSEMBLIES
Our assembly facility produces approximately 197,000 fiber terminations per month. Our product line includes jumpers, pigtails, multi-fiber assemblies, drop cables, and other specialized fiber optic assemblies. Our production capacity can scale rapidly to accommodate special large-scale projects.
LINE HARDWARE
Dedicated to the manufacturing of helical products such as dead-ends, line guards, armor rods, ties, and splices. We also manufacture forged hardware including shackles, parallel clamps, fastening hardware, thimbles, suspension clamps, and tangent assemblies.
HANDHOLES & MANHOLES
Dedicated to the manufacturing of polymer concrete manholes, conical, and rectangular handholes. All our products are manufactured to the industry’s most demanding standards and fully comply with current regulatory frameworks.
